ADULT LEARN TO ROW
2024 Discover Rowing Day!
Join us on the water at Emigrant Lake and discover the joy of rowing. Absolutely NO experience is necessary. You'll learn:

Basics of the rowing stroke

Rowing terminology

Boat handling
-
You'll take your first strokes ON THE WATER!
Experienced rowers and coaches will be on hand to guide you throughout the day.
Date: Sun, May 5th
Time: 9am - 12pm
Cost: $15 | Veterans FREE
*On-the-water rowing classes will then begin on May 7 on Emigrant Lake and will be on Tues & Thurs mornings with 2 different sessions to choose from (5:45am - 7:15am and/or 7:30am - 9am).
Cost: $125/mo for classes twice/wk
*Class size limited to 30 participatns
Info on how to register for the on-the-water classes will be posted as we get closer to the start date!

Come to one of our Open Houses to learn more about the sport what it's like to be a part of the Rogue Rowing family.

Friday Open House Options:
2/16 or 3/1 4:30pm - 7pm
Saturday Open House Options:
2/17 or 3/2 8:30am - 10am
Location: Rogue Rowing Boathouse / Emigrant Lake at 175 Emigrant Lake Road
Season registration fee: $450 (does not include the cost of attending races).
**Scholarships are available. We believe at Rogue Rowing that money should not be a barrier to youth being able to row with us.

INFO FOR THE 2023-2024 SEASON:
We recruit and teach novices all throughout Fall Term, Sep 22-Dec 7th, and into the first two weeks of Winter Term, Jan 8th-Jan 20th. No experience is necessary to join!
