Juniors Novice Coach

“I really enjoy coaching juniors because I not only get to see them grow as a rower, but as a person.  It makes me excited to get to be the one to introduce our athletes to this wonderful sport.  The team atmosphere of being in the same boat and working towards the same goal is a concept not many other teams have the opportunity to achieve.  I am grateful to be the Novice Coach this year.  ”
