Jillian Deller
Juniors Novice Coach
“I really enjoy coaching juniors because I not only get to see them grow as a rower, but as a person. It makes me excited to get to be the one to introduce our athletes to this wonderful sport. The team atmosphere of being in the same boat and working towards the same goal is a concept not many other teams have the opportunity to achieve. I am grateful to be the Novice Coach this year. ”
Mattea Fountain
Juniors Varsity Coach
“I rowed for Oakland United Rowing all through high school and was captain of the varsity women’s team my senior year. I’ve been a coxswain with East Bay rowing clubs for the past 2 years. I started coaching after high school, for the 2022-2023 season I coached for Oakland strokes with their U15 program and was an assistant coach with East Bay Rowing Club. I’m joining Rogue for my first season this fall!”
