Make Boats Go Faster

Understanding the difference between making boats go faster (what happens while the blad is IN the water) and not making boats go slower (what happens when the blade is OUT of the water). In this talk we will look at 3 distinct rowing styles. We will also revisit Andy’s 6 components of the stroke and how to reverse engineer them. Lastly we will watch a bide of some great rowing as Olympic Aussie legend Drew Gunn breaks it down. This talk is strongly recommended for all rowers: Masters, Novice I and II, Greens and Juniors. This will be a great way to get everyone together, build team unity, and learn new skills especially since we are integrating our 2nd year Novices to the Masters team soon.
