About the event

Week of August 5-13, M, W, F, Sun (4 mornings with Tues Aug 13, as a weather makeup day) 5:30-7:30am

Focus is on techniques for rowing in a 1x and a 2x.Individualized instruction to improve connection, stability, confidence and boat speed working with a partner.  Video review, equipment review and recommendations are included.

Coaches: Corinne Lombardi, Leah Wingfield 

Cost: $200. 8 spots available. Participants must be comfortable in a single and able to flip recover.
